Include Same Day Reservations in Reports

Stay now includes same day reservations in the following reports to calculate the Average Daily Rate and display the correct count of the rooms sold:

Legacy Reports

• Flash Report: Rooms Sold, ADR Occupied, and ADR Sold columns.

• On The Books Report: RMS Sold, ADR Occupied, and ADR Sold columns.

• Revenue/Occupancy by Guest Type/Market Segment Details Report: Rooms Sold and ADR columns.

• Revenue/Occupancy by Guest Type/Market Segment Summary Report: Rooms Sold and ADR columns.

Dynamic Reports

• On The Books Report: Rooms Sold, ADR Occupied, and ADR Sold columns.

• Revenue by Market Segments Report: Occupied Rooms and ADR columns.

• Revenue by Rate Override Reasons Report: Sold column.

Previously, the rooms assigned to the reservations with the same arrival and departure dates were not included in the ADR calculation and in the count of the rooms sold.
